1. Fill out the points form and return to Angela in order to redeem your free stamp set. (Points form COMING SOON)
2. You are responsible for tracking your own orders.
3. One customer per sheet.
4. Points awarded for each $25 increment – per order. Separate order totals may not be combined to reach a point. For example, a $53 order = 2 points. If the next order is $47, it = 1 point (not 2). Please contact Angela if you have questions. Points based on sub total before tax and shipping.
5. Program begins January 1, 2011. Points are good for 2 years.
